Dummer: Don’t be afraid of the plant, every day lost is a loss for Gjilan

Gjilan – Gerhard Dummer has a long experience in wastewater treatment and has been in Gjilan for a long time as part of the executive board at “Eco – Higjiena”. I was happy when I heard that Gjilan could soon have a sewage plant, it’s very good news, he says.

Gerhard Dummer, who is from Austria as part of the company “Eco – Higjiena”, has a request for all those who in various ways can hinder the sewage plant project.

“I, as an Austrian citizen and citizen, also had my dilemmas at the beginning 40 years ago. But over time it was understood that the plant was the only way to eliminate the odor and now the situation is completely different. You should be happy if the construction of the plant becomes a reality because the sooner it is realized, the better it is for Gjilan and its residents,” said Dummer.

Dummer says that those who hinder this project in various ways are seriously mistaken because the future of a cleaner city is at stake. “The plant does not endanger anyone, on the contrary, life becomes safer and less harmful for the population,” said Dummer.
